NEXT-GEN SPEND & PAYMENT

MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

AT SAP CONCUR FUSION 2025

BELLEVUE, Wash. [March 4, 2025]: Pivot Payables Inc., a fintech company delivering corporate financial operations solutions, will showcase its advanced spend and payment management solutions at the 2025 SAP Concur Fusion conference. The event, being held March 18-20 at the Seattle Convention Center, Seattle, Washington, is designed for finance and travel leaders seeking insights and connections that make it possible to drive efficiency, improve spend visibility and seize new opportunities. Pivot Payables helps companies leverage the value of their Concur data including commercial card programs and business process reporting.

Pivot Payables will feature the following solutions in Booth #607:

  • PivotEQ automates credit card reconciliation and its related accounting tasks for SAP Concur expense customers with company card programs. The system automatically compares the credit card statement to expense reports as they import into PivotEQ. Employees with outstanding card purchases receive email reminders listing the transactions that need to be submitted. At the same time, PivotEQ determines the correct accounts for these accrued expenses so the accounting can be posted ahead of the expense report. A final correcting entry is created when the fully approved expense report arrives.
  • PivotPrime is a reporting app producing custom reports from Concur data based on the requirements for specific functional and operational areas within the company. Departments like accounts receivable, accounts payable and auditing frequently require specific reports prepared for both internal and external teams. PivotPrime can include virtually any Concur field in the report, as well as receipt and invoice images.
  • PivotNexus delivers bi-directional data integration that connects SAP Concur with market-leading ERPs. The service formats the Concur data specifically for the target ERP, incorporating best practices for an optimal integration between SAP Concur and the accounting application.
